سياسة الاسترجاع

منتجاتنا كتب وملفات رقمية (PDF) تُسلَّم فوراً بعد الدفع عبر رابط تحميل. لذلك:

  • لا يمكن استرجاع المبلغ بعد التحميل لأن المنتج الرقمي لا يمكن إرجاعه.
  • نعيد إرسال الملفات أو نسترجع المبلغ كاملاً إذا لم يصلك رابط التحميل، أو كان الملف تالفاً ولم نستطع إصلاحه، أو تم الدفع مرتين بالخطأ لنفس الطلب.
  • تواصل معنا خلال ١٤ يوماً من الشراء على info@maktabatafia.com مع رقم الطلب.
  • يُعاد المبلغ المعتمد إلى نفس وسيلة الدفع خلال ٥–١٠ أيام عمل.

بإتمام الشراء أنت تطلب بدء التسليم الرقمي فوراً، وتقرّ بأنك تفقد حق العدول (الانسحاب) بعد بدء التحميل، وفق ما تسمح به القوانين المعمول بها.

Refund Policy

Our products are digital books and files (PDF) delivered instantly by download link after payment. Therefore:

  • Digital products cannot be returned, so we do not offer refunds once the files have been downloaded.
  • We will resend the files or give a full refund if you did not receive your download link, if a file is corrupted and we cannot fix it, or if you were charged twice for the same order.
  • Contact us within 14 days of purchase at info@maktabatafia.com with your order number.
  • Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

By completing your purchase you request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download has started, as permitted by applicable law.
